The RUSA Guidelines for Behavioral Performance of Reference and Information Services Providers Review and Revise Task Force has been charged to update this document and we want your input on all and any changes we are suggesting. The primary focus of these updates is the incorporation of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility; in particular, we are advocating the addition of an Inclusion section. We want to make sure you have a voice in this effort. Additional changes include a new introductory preface and updating the treatment of virtual and face-to-face interactions to reflect current practices and technology.
