Reports from History Section events at ALA:

The RUSA History Section has a number of events planned for ALA Midwinter. Please join us for any of the following:

  • The RUSA Genealogy Institute, sponsored by ProQuest, will take place on Friday, February 9, from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM in the Colorado Convention Center, Rm 601/603.
  • The History Librarians Discussion Group will meet on Saturday, February 10, from 10:30 – 11:30 AM in the Colorado Convention Center, Mile High 4D.
  • An Informal Meeting for All RUSA History Section Members will be held on Saturday, February 10, 1:00 – 2:30 PM, in the Embassy Suites, Crystal Salon B
  • The Genealogy and Local History Discussion Group will meet Sunday, February 11, from 10:30 – 11:30 AM in the Hyatt, Mineral Hall B/C.
